摘　　要：工作环境的生态设计不仅能提供舒适健康的办公环境,还能提高员工的工作效率,改善员工健康状况。该文通过1000份对厦门市室内办公环境各方面品质的问卷调查,其目的是通过对当前室内办公环境质量状况的了解,发现其中存在的问题与不足,探寻办公生活中的现实要求和未来期望,希望对当前室内办公环境设计具有一定的借鉴作用。Eco-design of the working environment can not only provide a comfortable and healthy working environment, but also to improve the efficiency of the staff, to improve the health status of the staff. Survey in the city of Xiamen on the interior space of various aspect of building working environment quality for 1000 poll, the aim is to through the currently indoor working environment for the understanding of quality and found the problems and inadequacies of it, to explore the reality requirements and future hopes of working life, has a certain reference on the currently design of the indoor working environment.
