摘　　要：探讨欧洲国家对具有历史意义的历史建筑及其毗邻环境的保护、更新、合理的再利用实践,总结其经验教训,对于我国在这一领域起步较晚的现状有很大的借鉴意义。本文通过全面分析法国图卢兹现代与当代艺术中心,在历史建筑再利用方面的设计工作和实践结果,提出对历史建筑再利用对其自身和所在地段及城市文化发展的现实意义和价值。It＇s very useful for reference to research the work of the conservation,regeneration and reasonable reuse of the old architecture and its surrounding in European countries. From concluding their experience,great use for reference for actuality that began later in this field in China could be acquired. This thesis analyzed the Toulouse and Midi-Pyrenees Centre for Modern and Contemporary Art of France generally. From the analyses of the design work and the practical result of the reuse of the historical architecture of this museum,the author brought forward that it has practical significance and be worth to the cultural development of the historical architecture itself and the surrounding district and the city by reusing the historical architecture.
