脊髓血管畸形患者栓塞治疗的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨脊髓血管畸形栓塞治疗的护理经验。方法对20例脊髓血管畸形患者采用ONYX和GLUBRAN进行栓塞治疗,术前备好物品,做好安全护理及健康教育;术中加强监护、防止血栓及气栓发生;术后加强穿刺点护理、并发症的预防护理。结果病灶痊愈11例,显效4例,好转3例,无变化1例,加重1例;随访栓塞术后痊愈、显效、好转的18例患者24个月,有14例完全恢复正常,4例复发,经再次栓塞或手术治疗后未再发生出血。结论脊髓畸形栓塞治疗成功的关键是密切的护理观察、并发症预防和规范化护理配合。Objective To sum up the nursing experience of embolization for spinal vascular malformations.Methods A total of 20 patients who suffered from spinal vascular malformations received embolizations by using ONYX and GLUBRAN.Meticulous preparation of articles and devices was done,measures were taken to ensure patient safety,and patients were given health education before embolization;in the procedure,patients were closely monitored,anti-thrombosis and anti-aeroembolism measures were taken;after the procedure the puacture sites were carefully handled,and intervention agaist complications were implemented.Results Respectively,11 cases procured complete healing of the foci,4 cases had remarkable effect,3 cases achieved an improvement of the foci,1 case had no changes,and 1 case aggravated.Among the 18 patients who had marked improvement,14 cases completely recovered,4 cases had a relapse and underwent reembolization or surgical procedure without hemorrhage.Conclusion The key factors enabling success of embolization for patients with spinal vascular malformations include closely monitoring patients′ vital signs,ta-king precautions against complications and taking standardized nursing measures.
