摘　　要：目的了解住院脑卒中患者康复训练执行情况并分析未按治疗师要求训练的原因,为采取针对性康复护理对策提供参考。方法采用自行设计的脑卒中患者康复训练执行情况观察表对300例住院脑卒中患者康复训练执行状况进行观察。结果 112例患者未能按治疗师要求进行康复训练,其中以ADL训练居于未训练项目的首位。结论住院脑卒中患者康复训练的执行情况不佳,以ADL训练为甚,护理人员应正确评估患者病情,加强监督与指导,以提高康复效果。Objective To investigate stroke patients′ involvement in rehabilitation exercises,to analyze why patients fail to take rehabilitation exercises as therapists require,and to provide information for medical staff.Methods A self-designed inventory was used to measure 300 hospitalized stroke patients′ involvement in rehabilitation exercises through observation.Results Totally,112 patients failed to be involved in rehabilitation exercises as therapists required.Among the unperformed exercises,ADL training program ranked No.1.Conclusion Hospitalized stroke patients admitted to stroke rehabilitation unit fail to be involved in rehabilitation exercises as therapists required.Nurses should reinforce ADL-based traing program and give more supervision and guidance.
