摘 要:本文介绍了氧化铝陶瓷球、衬在釉浆球磨中的应用,并对影响球磨机效率的几个因素进行了研究。发现只有当釉浆比重不小于1.75g/cm^3时,才能获得良好的球磨效果。当釉浆比重、料球比和球石装载量分别为1.83g/cm^3,1:2(0.5)和 6900kg时,2500kg球磨机研磨效率最高,运转10小时,便可获得细釉浆(万孔筛余:≤0.06%)。In this paper,the application of alumina ceramic grinding balls and linings to fine grinding glaze slip was introduced and some factors that affected the efficiency of ball-mill were studied. It is found that the fine glaze slip could be attained until the density of the glaze slip is higher than 1. 75g/cm3. If the density of the glaze slip,the ratio of materials to balls in weight and the ball charges are 1. 83g/cm3,l:2 and 6900kg respectively, the 2500kg-ball-mill will reach optimum efficiency. The fine glaze slip(screen residue(mesh number: 250)≤ 0. 06%)can be obtained after grinding for 10 hours.
