摘　　要：文章简单概述了阮氏五定律对图书馆事业发展的历史贡献,从IC理念、结构功能、服务内容、运行管理模式等几个方面详细分析了IC建设所蕴含的阮氏五定律内涵,并在此基础上作出"IC建设与发展离不开阮氏五定律"的论断。The historical contribution of the Five Laws of Library Science by Ranganathan to the development of libraries was summarized.The connotation of the Five Laws which was implicated in the IC construction was analyzed in details from the aspects of the idea,structural function,service content and operation and management mode of IC.Conclusion was drawn from this basis that the Five Laws by Ranganathan is indispensable for the construction and development of IC.
