摘 要:为了分析特高压变压器线圈周围的电场,建立了变压器高压线圈、均压管和均压球的三维实体模型.根据线圈的轴对称结构的特点,取1/4线圈进行计算.对于中部的线圈和均压管,采用二维有限元的方法,计算出电场的分布,并求出最大电场强度值.推导了多层油纸绝缘结构等效为单一介质时等效介电常数的计算公式.利用等效介电常数把线圈外的油纸绝缘结构以及靠近变压器壁的油纸绝缘进一步简化,采用三维有限元的方法把实体模型分成上下2部分分别进行电场计算,求出最大电场强度以及最大场强所在的位置.The 3-dimensional solid model was built for the high voltage coil,the equipotential shielding and the bushing end of the ultra-high voltage transformer.In view of the symmetrical structure of the coil,the electric field calculation was carried on a quarter of the solid model.For the middle part of the model,2-dimensional finite element method was employed to calculate the electrical field distribution and the maximum electrical field was found.The equivalent dielectric constant of the multi-layer oil-paper insulation was deduced when it was considered as an isotropic medium.The 3-D solid model was properly simplified and the electric field intensity was calculated.The maximum electrical field intensity and its location at the top part of the coil as well as the bottom part were found respectively.
