摘 要:家蚕核型多角体病毒(BmNPV)是云南蚕区对家蚕危害最严重的病毒病病原。为了筛选对BmNPV具有较强抵抗能力的家蚕品种资源作为抗病育种素材,以云南省保存的18个家蚕品种(品系)为材料,于3龄起蚕经口接种BmNPV,调查不同品种(品系)对BmNPV的抵抗性。不同家蚕品种对BmNPV的抵抗能力存在显著差异,供试品种中云8B的抵抗能力最强,发病率仅为28.9%,而红云B的发病率却高达100%,品种间发病率最大相差71.1个百分点;发病率55%以下的品种多数为日系品种,但品种间发病率最高(红云B)和最低(云8B)的均为日系品种。一些对BmNPV抵抗能力较强的品种全茧量较高,但品种对BmNPV的抵抗能力与全茧量没有严格的相关关系。Bombyx mori nucleopolyhedrovirus(BmNPV) is a pathogen of virus disease that brings the most serious damage to silkworm(Bombyx mori) in Yunnan sericutural area.In order to obtain silkworm variety resources with strong resistance to BmNPV as breeding material for disease resistance,the newly exuviated larvae of the 3rd instar of 18 silkworm varieties preserved in Yunnan Province were inoculated with BmNPV per os for the investigation of resistance of various silkworm varieties(strains) to BmNPV.The results indicated that there were significant differences between silkworm varieties in their resistance to BmNPV.Among the tested varieties,Yun 8B had the strongest resistance with morbidity as low as 28.9%,while the morbidity of Hongyun B reached 100%,being 71.1 percentage higher than that of Yun 8B.All varieties with morbidity less than 55% were of Japanese strain.However,varieties with the highest(Hongyun B) and lowest(Yun 8B) morbidity were both of Japanese strain.A number of varieties with high resistance to BmNPV had high cocoon weight.Yet,no close correlation was observed between the resistance to BmNPV and cocoon weight.
