摘　　要：本文介绍了卧式纺单丝生产的工艺与设备技术特征,并简要论述了近年来高性能单丝产品在人工草坪、纸机织物、工业过滤以及外科手术缝合线、高端医疗设备等方面应用的新进展,通过国外领先企业新技术、新产品的介绍,指出我国应加大在单丝技术开发、品质提升及应用研究等方面的投入。The article introduces the technology features of MHS for monofilament production, and briefly states the latest developments of high-performance monofilament’s application on artificial turf, paper machine clothing, industrial filtration, surgical sutures as well as high-end medical device. Through introducing the cutting-edge technology and product of several overseas leading producers of this industry, the author points that it is essential to pay more attention to technology advancement, product quality and market enlargement for domestic producers.
