民办高校图书馆发展探究

摘　　要：民办高校图书馆是学校的文献信息中心,是为教学和科研服务的学术性机构。随着民办高校的发展,民办高校图书馆的建设及服务水平有了一定的提高。但由于民办高校图书馆管理体制的制约,其发展依然面临许多问题。从办馆条件、馆藏资源、人员、服务等方面分析了民办高校图书馆存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。Private university library is the university literature and information center and the academic institution serving the teaching and scientifie research. With the development of private university, private university library has improved a lot in the construction and the service level. Owing to the constraint of private university library management system, there are some problems existing in private university library. This paper analyses the main problems of private university library from library condition, collection resource, staff, service, and brings forward some corresponding solutions.
