摘　　要：通过对国内示范性高职院校图书馆网上参考咨询服务内容与方式进行调查,简述了示范性高职院校图书馆网上参考咨询服务现状,针对目前示范性高职院校图书馆网上参考咨询服务存在的问题,提出了相应的改进措施。This paper investigates the contents and patterns of online reference service in higher vocational college libraries of China, describes the current situations of online reference service in higher vocational college libraries of China, and puts forward some corresponding improvement measures aeeording to the existing problems of online reference serviee in higher vocational college libraries.
