摘　　要：近几年,江西省本科院校的专利申请得到快速的发展。从总体申请趋势、专利类型、技术领域、专利分布、专利法律状态等方面对截至2009年底国家知识产权局公开(公告)的江西省本科院校专利申请情况进行了系统分析与比较。In recent years, the patents applications of undergraduate universities in Jiangxi province are developing raplaly. This paper analyzes and compares the patents applications of undergraduate universities in Jiangxi province from the respects of the application trends, patents types, technology areas, patents distributions, and the legal status of patents according to the patents applications reports announced by State Intellectual Property Office of the People＇s Republic of China up to the end of 2009.
