以社会主义核心价值体系引领乡风文明建设的思考

摘　　要：社会主义新农村建设是外部形象和内在素质的统一,它在本质上已超越器物层面的变革,拓展到制度和价值变迁领域中去。以社会主义核心价值体系引领乡风文明建设,需从农村的现实出发,以社会主义新农村建设的物质成就提升农民对社会主义核心价值体系的认同;从农民的思想认识实际出发,以"八荣八耻"的宣传为切入点引导农民内化社会主义核心价值体系;重视农村基层组织建设及加大对农村教育、文化建设的投入以引导农民群众践行社会主义核心价值观,建设文明乡风。It is the unity of the external image and the internal quality to construct socialist new countryside,which has been gone beyond the object level and expanded to the field of system and value.It is essential to apply the socialist core value system to lead the building of the rural custom civilization.We should enhance the identity which the farmers to the socialist core value system by the material achievements of the socialist new countryside construction;guide farmers to internalize the socialist core value system by spreading ＂eight honour and eight shame＂;emphasize the building of grass-roots organizations in rural areas and increase the inputs of rural education,culture-building to guide the masses of farmers to practice the socialist core value system to build the rural custom civilization.
