摘　　要：目的:探讨分级监控体系对预防老年患者跌倒的应用效果,保证患者安全。方法:建立三级监控体系、明确各级职责、完善相关制度,规范监控程序,对住院老年患者跌倒实施预前控制、环节控制和终末控制。结果:院内老年患者跌倒发生率由0.2‰下降至0.03‰。结论:分级监控体系对老年住院患者跌倒监控效果良好。Objective To explore the effect of grades monitoring system on fall prevention of elderly inpatients so as to ensure the safety of patients.MethodsThree-level monitoring system was established,responsibilities at all levels made clear,relevant systems improved,monitoring procedures standardized to control elder inpatient fall in advance,in steps and at the end.Results The rate of elder inpatients＇ fall decreased from 0.2‰ to 0.03‰.Conclusion Grades monitoring system is effective on fall prevention of elderly inpatients.
