宁波市居民麻风病知信行干预效果研究

摘　　要：目的:了解宁波市居民麻风病相关知识知晓情况及健康教育干预对麻风病知晓率的影响。方法:随机选取奉化市、宁波鄞州区中的两个社区,共计100人,对其进行访谈式问卷调查,所收集资料采用Epidata建立数据库,运用SPSS 16.0进行统计分析。结果:干预前有16.0%的人群愿意和正在治疗的麻风患者交往,33.0%愿意与麻风病患者家属交往,34%的人群认为麻风病人治好以后可以结婚,干预后,36.0%的人群愿意和正在治疗的麻风患者交往(P=0.001),62.0%的人群愿意和麻风患者家属交往(P<0.001),75.0%人群认为麻风病人治好以后可以结婚(P<0.001)。干预前有80.0%的人群想了解麻风病的有关防治知识,干预后上升至89.0%(P<0.01)。结论:健康教育对人群的麻风病相关知识知晓率有显著影响,是麻风病防治的重要措施之一。Objective To investigate knowledge,attitude and practice（KAP） associated with leprosy and to evaluate the effectiveness of health education program among urban residents in Ningbo City.Methods Totally 100 people from two communities in Fenghua City and Yinzhou District were randomly selected and interviewed face-to-face with the designed questionnaire.All collected information was recorded with EpiData 3.0 and finally analyzed using SPSS16.0.Results Before health education,of all the participants,16.0% were willing to contact with leprosy patients under treatment,33.0% willing to contact with the leprosy patients＇ relatives,34% believed that the leprosy patients could get married after cure,and 80% wanted to know more about the basic knowledge regarding leprosy prevention and control.While after the education program,the corresponding percentages increased to 36%（P=0.001）,62%（P0.001）,75%（P0.001） and 89%（P0.01）,respectively.Conclusion Health education is helpful for improving people＇s basic knowledge of leprosy,and could be one of the important measures for leprosy prevention and control.
