摘　　要：对零件信息的描述过程就是零件模型的建立过程。零件信息描述得准确、完整与否将对ＣＡＰＰ系统的质量和可靠性具有决定性的作用，它一直是ＣＡＰＰ中的一个难题。尤其面对结构复杂的箱体零件，更是一件难题。探讨了单件小批生产条件下有关箱体类零件ＣＡＰＰ 系统开发中的有关理论和技术问题，介绍了用于箱体类零件的一种信息描述方法——基于零件方位特征的分层式特征信息描述方法，以及如何建立零件信息模块及框架结构等内容。The description process for part information is the establishing process for part model.The part information description has been a complicated problem,and it has been a more complicated problem when facing to the complex box part.Its accuracy and completeness will be of great importance to CAPP system's quality and reliability.This paper has studied and discussed some principales and technological problems about box part series CAPP system development under the small batch production.It also presented an information description method for box part series,the astratified feature description method of parts features;the ways of establishing part information model and frame construction,etc.
