摘　　要：翼型桨是新一代高效桨叶。该项研究将这类桨叶应用于聚苯乙烯工艺之中， 通过冷漠试验、热态试验以及工业试验最终确定此类桨型在聚苯乙烯反应釜中的较优结构条件和操作条件， 从而实现了对国产聚苯乙烯工业装置的改造， 达到使聚苯乙烯粒径分布集中的目的。Aerofoil impeller is a new kind of axial flow impeller,which has high mixing performance in reaction vessel. This project deals with the application of this kind of impeller to the reaction process of Polystyrene. Through pilot test,the number of impellers, d/T and the operating condition are set.The relationship between mixing performance and power consumption was studied in comparison with several conventional types of agitator.
