洛美沙星离子选择电极的制备与应用

摘　　要：研制了聚苯胺－ ＰＶＣ 膜全固态洛美沙星离子选择电极。该电极在（１ ×１０ － ２ ～３５ ×１０ － ５） ｍｏｌ／Ｌ 浓度范围内对洛美沙星呈能斯特响应， 斜率为２９２ ｍ Ｖ／ｐＬＦ， 检测下限为１３ ×１０ － ５ ｍｏｌ／Ｌ； 用于药物样品中洛美沙星含量测定结果满意， 方法简便快速。A potentiometric lomefloxacine-selective electrode based on a conducting poly(aniline) (PA) film immobilized on a glass carbon electrode surface and a poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC) sensing membrane contained an ion pair complex of lomefloxacine(LF) with tetraphenylborate was developed. The effects of various conditions for the electropolymerization of PA such as electrochemical method, conducting support, aniline concentration, polymer (PA)film thickness were investigated in relation to linearity of calibration graphs and the slope. The electrode exhibited a Nernstian response in the LF concentration range of (3 5×10 -5 ～1 0×10 -2 )mol/L with a slope of 29 2mV/decade(25℃).The electrode was successfully applied to the determination of LF in drug formulations using the calibration curve technique.
