摘 要:本论文的目的是对杨梅栲胶进行改性,使之适合于做中和复鞣剂,采用在含铝化合物存在下,重度亚硫酸化反应改性杨梅栲胶。研究了影响改性产物性质的一些参数,在缓冲性、中和性能、耐氧化能力、改性方法的重现性等方面对改性栲胶进行筛选,得出了在现有条件下的最佳改性方案,即按杨梅栲胶Wg,NaHSO3 30% Wg,Na2SO336 % Wg,含铝化合物2% Wg 及适量水的配比,在129 ℃,0 .165MPa 下反应10h 得到改性产物TC,并对TC进行了表征及应用对比实验。研究结果表明:TC具有良好的中和能力和缓冲性,又具有一定的填充性;TC 的收敛性缓和,渗透迅速,能满足铬革中和复鞣剂的要求。For enlarging the utilization of Myrica rubra extract in leather making,an improved modification method_stronger sulfitation,with some alumiun compound coexisted,was used to modify this extract as neutralizing_retanning agent. In this thesis,a set of optimum modifying parameters was selected out,which is as following:Myrica rubra extract Wg,NaHSO 3 30% Wg,Na 2SO 3 36% Wg,Alumium compound 2% Wg and some water;the mixture was reacted at 129℃ and 0.165MPa for 10h,thus the neutralizing_retanning agent TC was got. Besides this,some properties of TC were also studied. It has been proved that TC is suitable for neutralizing_retanning agent because of its good meutralizing and buffering ability,filling ability,low astringency and fast penetrating speed.
