摘　　要：介绍了高石墨质阴极炭块的生产新工艺,详细研究了石墨加入量对产品各项理化指标的影响,对工业试验块性能指标进行了分析测试,结果表明用该工艺所生产的高石墨质阴极炭块完全满足大型铝电解槽的使用要求。The paper presents the new production technology of cathode blocks of highly graphitic quality.The influence of graphite quantity for all performance parameters of cathode blocks is investigated.The performance parameters of industry blocks is tested.The results indicate cathode blocks of highly graphitic quality of the new production technology entirely satisfy the using demand of great type aluminium electrolytic cells.
