齐膝弹力袜用于老年体位性低血压的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察齐膝弹力袜用于老年体位性低血压的干预效果。方法:比较54例65岁以上体位性低血压患者使用齐膝弹力袜前后卧、立位收缩压差值。结果:使用齐膝弹力袜后,患者的卧、立位血压差值较干预前明显下降(P<0.01),头昏头晕、视物模糊等症状发生率也显著下降(P<0.00)。结论:齐膝弹力袜对缓解老年体位性低血压有效、安全、方便。Objective： To reveal the effect of using Elastic knee socks on elderly orthostatic hypotension.Methods：There are 54 elderly patients （aged over 65 years old） who use the Elastic knee socks. We compare the difference between standing and lying position on systolic blood pressure before and after treatment.Results：After using Elastic knee socks, the difference value of systolic blood pressure decreased significantly（P〈0.01）, the incidence of lightheadedness, dizziness and blurred vision also reduced signifieantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Elastic knee socks is an effective, convenient,sefty method to release the low blood pressure symptoms of elderly orthostatic hypotension.
