摘 要:目的:为研究微量元素与婴幼儿支气管肺炎治疗疗程的关系,通过对284例婴幼儿支气管肺炎患儿末梢血微量元素锌、铁含量检测,统计婴幼儿支气管肺炎临床症状、体征消失时间,探讨微量元素锌、铁含量缺乏对婴幼儿支气管肺炎疗程的影响。方法:284例1月~3岁患儿经检查确诊为支气管肺炎,检测其末梢血微量元素锌、铁含量,根据检测结果将患儿锌、铁含量缺乏与否分成两组,在药物治疗原则基本相同的情况下,对两组婴幼儿支气管肺炎患儿治疗疗程进行对比,做统计学分析。结果:婴幼儿支气管肺炎锌、铁含量缺乏组与微量元素锌、铁含量正常组比较,疗程分别为(9.5±1.42),(7.16±0.87)(P<0.05)有显著差异。结论:微量元素锌、铁含量缺乏时对婴幼儿支气管肺炎治疗疗程有影响。Objective: To study the relationship of trace elements and courses for bronchial pneumonia in children.To find out the result of trace elements deficiency for bronchial pneumonia in children through the detection of trace elements in terminal blood of 284 children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods:284 children with bronchial pneumonia,age, l month to 3 years,were divided into two groups accordingly.And then compared the treatment courses on the basis of the same drug therapy statistically.Results:The trace elements deficiency for bronchial pneumonia in children compared with those normal ones,the treatment courses was (9.5±1.42),(7.16±0.87)respectively.There's significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusions:The courses of children with bronchial pneumonia correlated with deficiency of trace elements of serum Zn and Fe.
