氟比洛芬酯、曲马多应用于糖尿病人眼底手术的观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨氟比洛芬酯及曲马多在糖尿病(DM)患者眼科手术中的镇痛和镇静作用。方法:选取DM患者眼底择期手术40例:男25例,女15例,年龄55～82岁,平均(68±14)岁。随机分为两组:A组(氟比洛芬酶组)20例,术前10分钟静推氟比洛芬酯100mg;B组(曲马多组)20例,术前10分钟静推曲马100mg。观察在术中的镇痛、镇静评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:A、B两组显示:两种药物均有明显的镇痛作用,无明显的不良反应发生,但曲马多的消化道反应明显高于氟比洛芬酯。结论:氟比洛芬酯及曲马多镇痛效果良好,可安全的用于DM患者术中镇痛镇静。Objective： To study on flurbiprofen and tramadol in patients with diabetes in ophthalmic surgery analgesia and sedation. Methods：Selected diabetic patients undergoing elective surgery of 40 cases of fundus, 25 males and 15 females, aged 55 to 82 years, mean （68±14）years of age. Randomly divided into two groups, A group （flurbiprofen）： 20 cases, 10 minutes before surgery, flurbiprofen axetil 100mg bolus. B group （tramadol）： 20 cases, 10 minutes before surgery tramadol 100mg bolus. Observed in the intraoperative analgesia, sedation scores and incidence of adverse reactions.Results：A, B groups showed： two drugs have significant analgesic effect, no significant adverse events, However, the digestive tract of tramadol was significantly higher than flurbiprofen.Conclusions：Flurbiprofen and tramadol analgesic effect is good, can be safely used in diabetic patients undergoing sedation.
