活血通络法治疗髋关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察我院自制骨增痹症胶囊(活血通络法)治疗对髋关节骨性关节炎治疗效果。方法:72例髋关节骨性关节炎随机分为2组:骨增痹症胶囊(活血通络法)组36例,口服骨增痹症胶囊治疗,布洛芬级36例,口服布洛芬治疗,各组观察4周后,对治疗效果进行统计学分析,对所有病例随访3～5个月。结果:骨增痹症胶囊(活血通络法)效果优于布洛芬治疗髋关节骨性关节炎。结论:骨增痹症胶囊(活血通络法)对治疗髋关节骨性关节炎有效、安全、无明显毒副作用。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of Guzengbizheng capsule（ Huoxuetongluo therapy ）on Osteoarthritis of hip. Methods：72 patients with Osteoarthritis of hip were randomly divided into two groups.The 36 patients received Guzengbizheng capsule 1.35g each time,3 times a day, The other 36 patients received lbuprofen 0.4g each time,3 times a day, with a treatment course of 4 weeks for the two groups .Follow up time was 3-5 months.Results：The effective rates of Guzengbizheng capsule（Huoxuetongluo therapy）group and Ibuprofen group were respectively 91.7% and 69.4%,there was difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The Guzengbizheng capsule（ Huoxuetongluo therapy ） have efficacy and high security in treating Osteoarthritis of hip.
