阿魏酸钠对重度子痫前期患者蛋白尿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察阿魏酸钠治疗重度子痫前期患者蛋白尿的有效性。方法:选择107例在我院产科住院的重度子痫前期患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组54例,予常规治疗基础上每日加用阿魏酸钠150mg入5%葡萄糖溶液250ml静脉滴注一星期;对照组53例,予常规治疗。观察两组患者的血压和24h尿蛋白定量。结果:阿魏酸钠治疗的观察组24h尿蛋白定量的减少有统计学意义,未出现不良反应。结论:阿魏酸钠治疗重度子病前期患者减少24h尿蛋白是安全有效的。Objective：To observe the Effectiveness that Treatment Severe Preeclampsia Patients＇ Urine Protein with Sodium Ferulate. Methods：Selected 107 patients hospitalized in our hospital obstetric patients with severe preeclampsia were randomly divided into two groups and the control group,54 patients observed,to the conventional therapy plus a daily 150mg sodium ferulate 250ml 5% glucose solution into the intravenous drip NOTE week;the control group of 53 patients treated with conventional therapy.Blood pressure were observed and 24h urinary protein.Results：Sodium ferulate group therapy in the 24-hour urine protein was significantly reduced,no adverse reactions.Conclusion： Sodium ferulate treatment of severe preeelampsia by 24-hour urine protein is safe and effective.
