护理路径应用于对“肝友保健之家”成员实施健康教育策略中的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床护理路径应用于对"肝友保健之家"成员实施健康教育策略中的效果。方法:将参加"肝友保健之家"成员中符合2007年《慢乙肝防治指南》诊断标准的慢乙肝患者286例随机分为研究组和对照组,制定相应护理路径图,进行健康教育。结果:经观察健康教育情况,研究组显效率86%,对照组显效率63%,有统计学意义。结论:将临床护理路径应用于"肝友保健之家"成员的健康教育中效果显著,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective：Clinical nursing pathway liver disease friends home of health education strategy implementation of the members of the health effects.Methods：Will attend liver disease friends home of health ＂ in 2007 ＂with members of the prevention and control of chronic hepatitis b guideline diagnostic criteria of 286 patients with CHB patients were randomly divided into group and control group,formulate corresponding nursing pathway, education on health.Results：By observing the education condition,The significant efficiency 86%,Control efficacy,63%. A statistically significant.Conclusion：Applied to clinical nursing pathway liver disease friends home of health education among members,Improve patient satisfaction,and clinical application.
