无机抗菌剂的制备及抗菌效果的研究

摘　　要：本研究采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了超微细粉的无机抗菌剂。将其低温煅烧后添加到卫生陶瓷釉浆中，可制得抗菌陶瓷。抗菌试验表明，当抗菌剂加入量为１．５％ ～２．０％ 时，抗菌卫生陶瓷的抗菌性及抗菌持久性优良，２４ｈ 灭菌率达９９．９％ 。The study prepared an ultrafine inorganic antimicrobial agent by sol-gel processing.After sintered at a low temperature,the agent was added to the glaze of a sanitary porcelain to produce a antibacterial ceramic.The antibacterial test shows that the ceramic's antibacterial and lasting antibacterial properties are excellent,and the antibacterial rate after 24hr is up to 99.9% when the adding amount of the agent to the glaze is 1.5%～2.0%.
