摘  要:本文研究了ZnO 烧结助剂对Ca0 .6 Mg0 .4Zr4P6O24 陶瓷烧结行为的影响。ZnO 的引入导致Ca0.6 Mg0 .4Zr4P6O24 陶瓷的液相烧结。引入3wt% ZnO,在1100 ℃保温1 .5 小时烧结,Ca0 .6 Mg0 .4Zr4P6O24 陶瓷的相对密度可达99 .1 % 。ZnO 引入量过多或烧结时间过长,将导致二次再结晶,抑制Ca0 .6 Mg0 .4Zr4P6O24 陶瓷的致密化。In this paper,the influence of additive ZnO on the sintering behavior of Ca 0.6 Mg 0.4 Zr 4P 6O 24 ceramics was investigated.The addition of ZnO led to a liquid-phase sintering mechanism of Ca 0.6 Mg 0.4 Zr 4P 6O 24 ceramics.The relative density of 97wt% Ca 0.6 Mg 0.4 Zr 4P 6O 24 +3wt%ZnO ceramics which were sintered at 1100℃for 1.5 hours could reach 99.1%.Larger addition of ZnO or longer holding time at sintering temperature would lead to secondary recrystallization in the sintering of Ca 0.6 Mg 0.4 Zr 4P 6O 24 ceramics,which would suppress the densification.
