摘  要:研究了以磷酸作结合剂,电熔尖晶石粉作促凝剂,特级高铝矾土熟料作骨料制作浇注料的基本配方、性能,并在工业中进行了试用。实验表明,电熔尖晶石细粉含游离的MgO 包体,具有良好的促凝作用,克服了传统磷酸结合浇注料施工困难和常温不能硬化的缺点,其综合性能在各方面均优于传统的磷酸结合浇注料。The characteristics and processing technology of a new type castable refractory has been studied.This type of castables uses sintered super-grade bauxite as aggregate,phosphoric acid as bonding agent,fused spinel as combining phase.The experiments show that the fused spinel contains free MgO as inclusions,which has the function of promoting the hardening of the castables.This new type of castables overcomes the shortages such as difficulty in the casting process,and difficulty of room temperature hardening.Most of the service properties are better than those of the conventional phosphoric acid bonded high-alumina castables.
