摘　　要：研制了一种以石蜡、微晶蜡和液蜡复配为成膜物质并经乳化而成的混凝土养护剂。其中石蜡２６ ．０ 份，微晶蜡１ ．０ 份，液蜡１０ ．０ 份，分散剂１．８ 份，阴离子表面活性剂４．１ 份，非离子表面活性剂３．０ 份，余量为水（ 质量比） 。应用实验表明，涂有乳化蜡型混凝土养护剂的混凝土模块抗压强度、吸水率和失水率均优于或等于传统养护。研制产品无毒、无污染、稳定性好，使用方便、省水、省力，尤其适用于高热、缺水地区和路面。A concrete curing agent of emulsion wax was obtained with the combination of paraffin wax, microcrystal wax and liquid wax. The formulation includes paraffin wax 26,microcrystall wax 1,liquid wax 10,dispersant 1.8,anion surface activity agent 4.1,nonion surface activity agent 3. The application results show that the intensity of resisting pressure, the ratio of absorbing water and the ratio of retention water of the concrete blocks spread or sprayed with the curing agent are better than or equal to the usual ones. The product is innoxious, stable, and can be used conveniently with the advantage of saving water. It is suitable for the work of road, large and complex type of components, or in the area of high temperature or lack of water.
