摘  要:近年来,随着工程塑料在军工产品包装领域的广泛应用,如何保证工程塑料包装箱的产品质量已经成为一项重要课题。塑料包装箱的成型方法很多,其中注射成型是主要的成型方法之一。据统计70%~80%的工程塑料、30%以上的塑料制品是用注射成型加工的。但注塑成型过程中产生的内应力严重影响塑料产品的质量,因此有必要对内应力的产生原因、影响因素及改善方法加以分析研究。文章针对内应力对注塑制品形成的危害,研究了减轻和消除内应力的方法。In recent years, with the wide applications of engineering plastics in military packaging area, how to ensure the product quality of engineering plastic packaging box had become an important issue. There are many ways to form a plastic box in which the injection molding was one of the main molding methods. Ac- cording to statistics, 70% to 80% of the engineering plastics, more than 30% plastic products were processed by injection molding. But in the injection molding process, the plastic internal stress seriously affect the quality of the product, it is necessary to analyze the causes of internal stress, influencing factors and improvement measures. Aiming at the hazards of internal stress on the injection products, it studied to reduce and eliminate the internal stress.
