摘 要:采用共混改性技术,将十溴联苯醚、氧化锑、导电炭黑、纳米碳酸钙等按不同比例加入到聚乙烯树脂中,获得了完全满足煤矿井下用瓦斯抽放管要求的阻燃抗静电PE塑料。考察了上述添加物及其添加量对聚乙烯阻燃、抗静电和机械性能的影响。结果表明,PE的阻燃抗静电性受分散体系、阻燃剂、抗静电剂等助剂的添加量及配比影响,纳米碳酸钙的加入对PE的导电性能有改善,对阻燃性能无明显影响;十溴与氧化锑的质量比以4/1为好,炭黑及EVA的加入提高了PE塑料的阻燃性;添加纳米碳酸钙在保持良好的冲击韧性的同时,能明显提高体系的拉伸强度,并且对抗静电性能有促进作用。Modified by blending technology, PE plastic with flame retardancy and antistatic property was obtained which fully meet the requirements of coal mine gas drainage pipes. It was obtained by blending decabromodiphenyl ether, antimony oxide, conductive carbon black, nano calcium carbonate of different proportions with polyethylene resin. The effect of the adding content on flame retardancy, antistatic and mechanical property of PE was studied. The results showed that the flame retardancy and antistatic property were affected by the ratio of dispersion system, flame retardants, antistatic agents and other additives. The addition of nano calcium carbonate improved conductivity of PE and had no significant effect on the flame retardancy; The best quality ratio of decabromodiphenyl ether and antimony oxide was 4 : 1. The addition of carbon black and EVA can improve the flame retardancy of PE plastic. Adding nano calcium carbonate can maintain good impact toughness, significantly improve the tensile strength, and promote antistatic property of blends.
