摘　　要：目的:观察针刺与高压氧结合治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病(COFM)的临床疗效。方法:对120例COFM患者随机分组治疗,进行脑电图、下肢体感诱发电位检查,比较疗效。结果:两组治疗后治愈率、脑电图、下肢体感诱发电位指标均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合高压氧治疗COFM疗效较好,值得在临床推广。Objective：TO investigate the medical effect of acupuncture and hyperbaric oxygen on COFM.Methods：Studied by random grouping of 120 cases of patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide.All are checked by EEG and SEP.Results： It is found that remarkable progress is found in terms of cure rate.EEG and sep（P0.05）.Conclusion： It shows that hyperbaric oxygen supported by acupuncture has a reliable effect.
