摘　　要：本文探讨了细胞衰老的概念、机制,阐述了甘肃道地药材黄芪对细胞P16基因、细胞端粒酶及细胞氧自由基三方面的影响,从而说明其抗细胞衰老的作用。This paper discusses the concept of cell senescence,mechanisms,described in Gansu authentic herbs astragalus has three effects on cellular P16 genes,cellular telomerase and cellular oxygen free radicals,thus demonstrating its anti-cellular senescence.
