喉显微镜下CO2激光手术治疗喉良性病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨CO2激光喉显微手术治疗某些喉内病变的不同手术方式及其疗效。方法全麻插管支撑喉镜下,对57例声带息肉、25例声带小节、一侧声带息肉、对侧声带小结4例,Reink间隙水肿2例,一侧声带息肉、同侧或对侧为声带白斑6例,在喉显微手术辅助下,行CO2激光手术。结果根据电子喉镜检查结果和声嘶改善情况进行评判,手术后3月,治愈率为92.55%（87/94）,有效率为96.81%（91/94）,需二次手术3.19%（3/94）。结论 CO2激光喉显微手术是治疗喉内良性增生性疾病的有效手段。Objective To compare different surgical methods and analyse the effects of CO2 laser endolaryngeal microsurgery（CO2-LELM） on some intralaryngeal diseases.Methods Ninety-four patients with different affections on their vocal cords who underwent CO2 laser treatment with the aid of microsurgery and stent laryngoscope were retrospectively analyzed,vocal polyps in 57cases,vocal nodules in 25 cases,with vocal polyps and vocal nodules at the same time in 4cases,Reink space edema in 2 cases,vocal leukoplakia in 6 cases,Under general anesthesia,all neoplasms were removed,vaporized and coagulated by CO2 laser.Results The results of electron laryngoscopy and improvementof hoarseness were evaluated in all cases.Cure rate was 92.55%（87/94）,effective rate was 96.81%（91/94）,Only 3.19%（3/94） underwent reoperation.Conclusion CO2-LELM is an effective method for the benign hyperplastic diseases in larynx.
