浅析太极拳休闲理念的文化内涵

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,通过分析太极拳休闲理念的文化内涵,以促进太极拳的发展和推广,研究结果表明:太极拳有着独特的文化内涵,其休闲理念适合社会的发展趋势,太极拳必将成为休闲运动的重要项目之一。由此,太极拳可以作为传承和发扬以"休闲理念"为核心的休闲运动的形式和载体,促进休闲运动的发展。With the methods of literature,logical analysis and other methods,the paper does the study on the cultural connotation of leisure philosophy in Tajiquan,tries to promote the development and spread fo Taijiquan.The study finds： Taijiquan has its unique cultural connotation,the leisure philosophy of it fits to social development trend;Taijiquan will become one of the important project of leisure sports.Taijiquan can be used as a kind of form and carrier of inheriting and developing leisure sports with the core of ＂leisure concept＂,to promote the development of leisure sports.
