运城市农村寄宿制中学学生武术锻炼现状及对策研究  

On the Present Situation of Yuncheng Rural Boarding Secondary School Students' Wushu Exercises and the Countermeasures

摘　　要：文章采用问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对运城市农村寄宿制初中武术课余锻炼现状进行调查研究,结果显示:课余进行武术练习的男女生,初一分别为2.2%和4.1%,初二分别为0.0%和0.2%。主要原因:武术教学内容单一;教学方法单调;教师专业素质差;课外组织形式不完善。建议:从满足学生学习需求的角度出发,丰富教学内容;完善教学方法和手段,激发学生兴趣;建设高质量的师资队伍;丰富武术课内外组织形式,建立武术兴趣俱乐部或者武术单项协会,并使武术练习组织形式课间操化。With the methods of mathematical statistics,questionnaire and so on,the paper investigated the present situation of Yuncheng rural boarding secondary school students＇ Wushu exercises,and the results showed： after-school for boys and girls to practice Wushu,the rate of the first year students were 2.2% and 4.1%,second grade was 0% and 0.2%.Main reasons： The teaching content of Wushu is a single;teaching methods are monotonous;teachers have poor professional quality;extra-curricular organizationas are imperfect.Recommendations： to meet the learning needs from the perspective of enriching course content;to improve teaching methods and means to stimulate student interest;constructing high-quality teaching teams;enrich organizing forms of Wushu class and outside it,establishing Wushu clubs or national Wushu association,and to practice Wushu in the breaks of classes.
