小康社会建设中湖南省区域体育的和谐发展

摘　　要：全面建设小康社会进程的不断推进,对体育事业的发展提出了新的要求,赋予了体育事业发展的新的内涵。文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等研究方法分析了湖南省区域体育的发展现状以及存在的问题,分析了小康社会的全面建设对湖南省区域体育发展的影响,指出小康社会建设与区域体育的发展是一种相互促进、相互推动的相辅相成的关系。在此分析的基础上提出全面建设小康社会中湖南省区域体育发展的基本理论构想,旨在为湖南省区域体育在小康社会建设中的发展提供理论依据。With the continuous progresses of the construction of a well-off society,new demands and meanings had made or given for the development of sports cause.Through the methods of literature,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and so many research methods,the current situation and existing problems of regional sports in Hunan Province,and the impact of the development of region sports in Hunan Province by the comprehensive construction for well-off society has been analyzed in this paper.Then it pointes out that it is a mutual promotion relationship between the building well-off society and regional sports development.Based on this analysis,a basic theory concept of regional sports development in Hunan Province had been proposed during well-off society comprehensive construction,aimed to provide theory basis for the development of regional sports in Hunan Province during the construction of well-off social.
