摘　　要：竞技体育的发展,离不开优秀运动员的大力支持,没有优秀运动员的竞技体育永远只能停留在较低水平。为了我国竞技体育的可持续发展,解决优秀运动员的就业安置迫在眉睫。文章针对目前我国优秀运动员就业安置的现状进行分析,提出了一些对策供相关部门参考。The development of competitive sports,can not do without the strong support of elite athletes,elite athletes in competitive sports is not always stuck at the original level.For the sustainable development of China＇s competitive sports,to solve urgent placement of elite athletes,aiming at present,China＇s elite athletes in the status of employment,the study made a number of measures for the relevant departments for reference.
