摘　　要：为满足SAM系统进行技术研究与产品开发的需要,按照依托"二个运用"、建成"四大功能"、实现"二项成果"的目标,从物的设计和人的规划两大方面阐述编组站综合自动化实验室的设计思路和规划流程,实现资源配置、人员管理和运营维护的合理优化。In order to meet the requirement of the technology researching and the production developing of SAM,the design thinking and the project flow about the synthetic automation of marshalling yard lab is detailed from the perspectives of both the design of object and the project of human resource,which ultimately achieve the logical optimization among resource deployment,employee management and lab maintenance by taking advantage of ＂two means＂,establishing ＂four functions＂ and hitting the goal of completing ＂two production＂.
