摘 要:以进口原油的混合减渣为原料,在连续式溶剂脱沥青中型试验装置上进行不同溶剂的脱沥青优化实验。结果表明:采用丁烷、戊烷和轻石脑油作溶剂时,脱沥青油性质均可满足下游二次加工对原料质量要求。渣油先减粘再进行脱沥青时,可使脱沥青油收率提高。轻石脑油作溶剂脱沥青油选择性与戊烷作溶剂的相当,也可作为溶剂脱沥青的优选溶剂。Taking mixed vacuum residue of different imported crudes as raw material , carried out solvent deasphalting optimization tests on continuous solvent deasphalting pilot plants. The test results showed that: when using butane, pentane and light naphtha as solvents, deasphalting oil (DAO) properties could all meet the requirements of downstream secondary processing on raw material quality. DAO yield could be increased when residue was deasphahing after visbreaking. Light naphtha possessing the equivalent DAO selectivity with that of pentane when using as the solvent, which could also be used as the preference for solvent deasphalting.
