RP-HPLC测定大黄栀子中环烯醚萜甙类的含量

摘　　要：目的 :测定大黄栀子中环烯醚萜甙类成分的含量。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,以栀子酸、栀子甙和鸡矢藤次甙甲酯为对照品。结果和结论 :栀子酸、栀子甙和鸡矢藤次甙甲酯分别在 0 .0 97～ 0 .6 0 6 μg ,0 .0 6 38～ 3.990 μg ,0 .1 98～ 1 .2 39μg线性良好。 3种成分的平均加样回收率分别为 1 0 0 .0 % ,99.9% ,1 0 0 .1 % ,RSD分别为 1 .2 3% ,1 .38% ,1 .5 3% (n =5 )。Objective:TodeterminetheiridoidcontentsinGardeniasootepensis.Methods:UsingRP HPLCwith geniposidicacid ,geniposideandscandosidemethyletherasstandards.Result:Accordingtotheselectedchromatographic conditions,thelinearrangesofgeniposidicacid ,geniposideandscandosidemethyletherwere 0 .0 97～ 0 .6 0 6 μg ,0 .0 6 38～ 3.990 μgand 0 .1 98～ 1 .2 39μg ,respectively .Theaveragerecoveriesofthesethreecompoundswere 1 0 0 .0 % ,99.9%and 1 0 0 .1 % ,andRSD 1 .2 3% ,1 .38%and 1 .5 3% (n =5 )respectively .Conclusion :Themethodiseasy ,rapid .andrepro ducible .
