隐私保护内裤在下肢远端手术中的应用及效果评价

摘　　要：目的术中合理遮挡患者身体隐私部位,减轻患者的心理压力,提高护理满意度。方法设计制作隐私保护内裤并应用于100例下肢远端手术患者,调查患者和手术医生对术中身体隐私保护的看法和对使用隐私保护内裤的评价。结果 52.0%的患者对手术中需要暴露身体隐私部位非常在意或在意,66.0%的患者对手术中需要暴露身体隐私部位时有无关人员在场非常在意或在意;73.0%的患者对手术中需要暴露身体隐私部位时感到害羞和紧张担忧;69.0%的医生认为术中注意患者身体隐私保护非常重要或重要;100%的患者和医生对使用隐私保护内裤感到满意。结论隐私保护内裤的制作和应用,切实起到了合理遮挡患者身体隐私部位的作用,提高了患者对护理服务的满意度。Objective To cover private parts of patient in operation,to relieve patients′ mental stress,and to improve degree of satisfaction with nursing care.Methods Home-made privacy protection underpants were applied to 100 patients undergoing operation at distal lower extremity.Patients′ and surgeons′ views about privacy protection in operation and their evaluation of privacy protection underpants were investigated.Results Fifty-two percent of patients minded exposure of private parts,66.0% of them minded exposure of private parts a lot when there was irrelevant person′s presence,and 73.0% of them felt shy and nervous about exposure of private parts.Sixty-nine percent of surgeons convinced that it was important or extremely important to protect private parts of patients in operation.All patients and surgeons were satisfied with the home-made privacy protection underpants.Conclusion The application of privacy protection underpants protects private parts of patient′s body and promotes patient satisfaction with nursing care.
