86例血液透析治疗患者24小时动态血压监测与分析

摘　　要：目的分析血液透析患者24h动态血压变化情况。方法对86例血液透析患者及80例正常人进行动态血压监测,对血压变化的各项参数:24h平均收缩压(24hSBP)、24h平均舒张压(24hDBP)、日间平均收缩压(dSBP)、日间平均舒张压(dDBP)、夜间平均收缩压(nSBP)、夜间平均舒张压(nDBP)、最高收缩压与最低收缩压的差值(max-minSBP)、最高舒张压与最低舒张压的差值(max-minDBP)、日间平均收缩压与夜间平均收缩压的差值(d-nSBP)、日间平均舒张压与夜间平均舒张压的差值(d-nDBP)进行对比分析。结果血液透析患者24hSBP、24hDBP、dSBP、dDBP、nSBP、nDBP、max-minSBP、max-minDBP、d-nSBP、d-nDBP与对照组比较有显著差异性。结论血液透析患者夜间血压持续升高,昼夜节律变化不明显。Objective to analysis of the ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in patients with uremia on maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 86 patients with uremia on maintenance hemodialysis ambulatory blood pressure are measured.82 normotensives were studied as control.Results Compared with control group,there were significant increase 24hSBP、24hDBP、nSBP、 nDBP、dSBP 、dDBP 、max-minSBP、max-minDBP、d-nSBP、d-nDBP in hemodialysis patients.Conclusion the blood pressure characteristics in patents with uremia on maintenance hemodialysis can be observed with 24hABPM which is of significance for their blood pressure lowering therapy.
