摘  要:爆炸压裂试验系统,主要由高压釜体、液压控制系统、点火控制系统以及数据采集系统4部分组成,主要具备以下显著特点:(1)试样大,其所能容纳的试样尺寸可达800mm×800mm,有利于观察、研究爆炸压裂后裂纹的分布及扩展情况;(2)轴压和围压施加灵活,最大轴压、围压均可达到50MPa,可充分模拟地下岩石的应力状态;(3)抗高压,釜体内安置试样后,可将炸药直接埋放于试样内引爆,完全符合爆炸载荷的真实加载过程。借助该试验系统开展了不同围压条件下的爆炸压裂试验,结果表明爆炸压裂造缝效果受围压影响较大,围压增大,裂缝长度、宽度缩小,裂缝弯曲度加大。The explosive fracturing test system was made up of autoclave,hydraulic control unit,igniting control unit and data acquisition unit.It possess marked characteristics as follows:(1) it can accommodate larger size of sample(800mm×800mm),which is good for observing the distribution of the cracks conveniently;(2) it can be used to apply axial pressure and confining pressure facility with the largest value of 50MPa;(3) the explosive fracturing test system can bear high pressure,and the explosive package can be set in the blast hole of the sample which located in the autoclave,all of which accorded with the loading process of dynamic load.Explosive fracturing tests under different confining pressure were performed,and the test results showed that the effect of the explosive fracturing was impacted by confining pressure that loading around the samples,as the increase of confining pressure applied to the sample,the cracks created by explosive energy became shorter and narrower,but the tortuosity of cracks increased.
