摘　　要：随着纳米技术的发展,真空场致发射技术已越来越成熟,逐步从理论走向了应用。把真空场致发射原理应用于大功率的真空电子发射管,从技术的角度来说已经相当成熟,利用这种新型的电子发射管设计的新式广播发射机,其性能远远超出目前的任何一种广播发射机。With the development of nanotechnology,vacuum field emission technology is more mature and gradually moves from theory to application.The principle of vacuum field emission is used in high power vacuum tube,from a technical point of view,it is already quite mature.The performance of this new radio transmitter with new type of electron emission tube design is far beyond any current radio transmitter.
