摘 要:为解决模具复杂型腔及异形孔自动化抛光问题,首先建立了模具液流悬浮抛光系统,开发了液流动压力监测平台,实现了抛光工具位置及转速控制;之后结合液流动压理论,分析了模具材料去除模型,获得了流场与压力分布规律;接着通过试验研究了转速和间隙对液流动压力的影响规律;最后优选了6 000 r/min转速和60μm间隙对模具工件进行了抛光效果试验。研究结果表明该参数下模具抛光效果显著,取得了Ra30 nm的工件表面。In order to solve the problem of automatic polishing for complex cavity and abnormity bores of mould,the system of hydrodynamic suspension polishing for metal mould was established.In order to control the position and speed,a suitable monitoring software of fluid pressure was built.And then the relationship of fluid speed and pressure distributions was established,the material removal model was researched based on hydrodynamic theory.In addition,the influence of polishing tool rotate speed and clearance on fluid pressure was obtained.The polishing effect experiment with rotate speed 6 000 r/min and polishing clearance 60 μm was done.The results indicate that a better polishing effect using the parameters,and the surface of Ra30 nm can be obtained for work piece.
