摘  要:经过多年的实践与改进,金华电网自动电压控制(AVC)系统已经实现了与省调、县调AVC系统的三级协调控制。为实时监控各级AVC系统的协调工作状态,设计并开发了一种AVC三级协调控制状态监控软件。首先分析了三级AVC系统协调控制机理,然后确定了需要监控的状态量及该软件的功能模块,最后介绍了该软件的设计与实现方案。实践结果表明,该软件能够为监控、调度以及AVC专责管理人员提供很好的参考。Based on the practice experience and incessant improvement these years,automatic voltage control(AVC) system in Jinhua power grid has achieved the three-level cooperation with AVC systems in province power grid and county power grids.In order to monitor the state of the cooperation of the three-level AVC systems,an AVC three-level cooperation state monitoring software was designed and developed.Firstly,the cooperation mechanism of the three-level AVC systems was analyzed.Then the data to be monitored and the functional modules of this software were determined.At last,the design and implementation of this software were introduced.Practice experience indicates that this software could provide useful reference to monitoring center,dispatching center and AVC system managers.
