摘　　要：目的：建立杜仲补天素片中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用HypersilODS色谱柱（4.6 mm×250mm,5μm）,甲醇-0.1%磷酸（11：89）为流动相;检测波长为230nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为30℃。结果：芍药苷在0.02352~0.21168μg进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=1.0000）,平均加样回收率（n=6）为98.06%（RSD=1.43%）。结论：本方法操作简便、灵敏、准确,可用于杜仲补天素片的质量控制。Objective： To develop a method for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Eucommia Bark Butiansu tablet. Methods： Hypersil ODS （4. 6mm× 250mm, 5μm） was used, the mobile phase was methanol - water containing 0. 1% phosphoric acid （ 11 ： 89） at a flow rate of 1. 0mL · min^-1 . The UV detection wavelength was at 230 nm, and the column temperature was at 30℃ . Result： The linear range was 0. 02352 - 0. 21168μg （ r = 1. 0000） for Paeoniflorin. The average recovery （ n = 6） was 98.06% （ RSD = 1.43% ） . Conclusion： The method is found to be simple and accurate for analysis of Paeoniflorin in Eucommia Bark Butiansu tablet.
