腹针治疗慢性腹泻的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察腹针"调脾气"、"引气归元"治疗慢性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:将78例慢性腹泻病人随机分为腹针治疗组43例,体针对照组35例,进行治疗观察。结果:腹针"调脾气"、"引气归元"治疗组对患者每日腹泻次数、粪便性状、纳差、腹痛、腹胀、倦怠乏力、腰膝酸软等症状有明显疗效,腹针治疗组总有效率为92.5%,体针对照组总有效率为81.6%(P<0.05)。结论:腹针疗法对慢性腹泻有很好疗效。Objective： Toapproach the clinical efficiency of Abdominal Acupuncture ＂Regulating spleen Qi＂, ＂Return -qi -to - source＂ Acupuncture - point - group in treating Chronic Diarhea. Methods ： seventy - eight patients were divided into twe groups randomly and evenly, of which Group I was treat with abdominal acupuncture , Group II with body acupuncture. Results： Abdominal Acupuncture ＂Regulating spleen Qi＂, ＂Return - qi - to - source＂ Abdominal. The assessment of the main signs and symptoms reduced obviously after the treatment. The total response rates of twe groups were 92. 5%, 82. 6%, respectively, of which the patients of Group Ⅰ responded better than Group Ⅱ （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Abdominal Acupuncture have good therapeutic effects on spleen deficiency syndromes.
